is enjoying a revival!  Come learn how to

create beautiful & unique jewelry, as well as

other useful items, using this traditional

knotting craft

FAST Macramé Jewelry

The time-honored craft of knotting, or macramé, has seen a revival with friendship bracelets, and now with the Shamballa and other brand-name designer macramé bracelets worn by celebrities.

Save money and have fun making unique, professional-quality gifts for family and friends! Learn one knot to use in a variety of ways, and leave with two finished items, including a bracelet and necklace.  You’ll have the skills to easily make more projects and variations on your own, as well as the instructions and materials for whatever you don’t finish in class.  Past students may bring their macramé board and pins for a lower materials fee.  Optional:  Feel free to bring your own large-hole beads to supplement materials provided.

Reading glasses are recommended to magnify details as you work. Bring to class a small, shallow container and a small pair of sharp scissors.

Class fee:  $29 plus materials* fee of $25 (payable at time of registration. )

*Materials include macramé board, T-pins, practice cord, bracelet & necklace cord, beads & sterling silver lobster clasp.
